well, think of it as a shorter, but better customizable Ace Combat 04Feb 16, 2010 Ace Combat 4 was the reason I bought this little sucker of a game. though this game can no where near compare to the story of the Ace Combat 4, it still plays extraordinarily well. it is a good jet fighter simulator, and even has multiplayer, which even blew my mind, as almost all of the ace combat games are considered a story only game. I have nothing to say about seeing planes in the distance except this: impossible. All ways use the target lock-on, even if you are just going to fire machine gun ammo: tracks a little itself, but in a tight radius. great game, definitely bad story, but has it where it counts: gameplay.

Outstanding!Feb 06, 2010 Outstanding flying game for the PSP! This game has a wide selection of real actual aircraft and several customizable prototype jets. The game has many missions and different endings and many unlockable parts, weapons, and missions. The game is challenging, but fun. Just buy it.

Best PSP game to date!!Oct 19, 2009 I didn't want to write a review till I had this game for awhile. Well, I have had it for three years now and its still the best game I have for the PSP. The graphics are great for this handheld. I have every Ace Combat game and still enjoy picking this one up and playing it on my PSP. I like flight sims more then arcade style shooters and this fits the bill. If your looking for a modern jet game more on the SIM side this is the one. You will love it!!!
Great flight/fight simulationSep 13, 2009 For my PSP 2001 unit, game works well. Playable sequences are challenging and story line is decent. Although there are times when I wish I had a joystick and not the thumb-stick, like on the PSP. Graphics are intense, and types of aircraft in dogfights are good.
air combatJul 19, 2009 ace combat skys of deception is a pretty good game.it kind of short too.I fineshed it in 4:56 and 20 seconds.4/5 story line. great graphics thecontrols are almost exacly the same as tom clancys H.A.W.X.. you cant buy any more stuff affter you complet it.
