In Cars Race-O-Rama, players will join Lightning McQueen and Chick Hicks in Radiator Springs as they prepare their academy of student racers to compete in the Race-O-Rama Exhibition. Players will encounter 12 new playable characters making their video game debut. A new and improved Lightning McQueen will come fully equipped with special racing kits, allowing him to better maneuver brand new, action-packed tracks that will take players to metro city streets, the Baja desert and sandy beaches. In addition, players are now able to modify Lightning McQueen's wheels, rims, hood, side skirt, rear bumper, spoiler and paint with special customization features, giving Lightning a personalized style and look that has never been seen before. Great game for little CARS lovers!Dec 30, 2010
By AmyG13 Santa brought this game to my 3-yr-old for Christmas. It's the only game he ever wants to play on his PS2 now! Of course, he's CARS crazy like most 3-yr-old boys and he gets thrilled that he can race as any of the Radiator Springs characters (I found a cheat code online to unlock all the characters....cheating, I know. But I don't have time to sit and unlock characters for him). There are tons of games to choose from including Monster Truck racing, Mater the Greater, El Materdor, and Tokyo Mater (a definite plus in his book!). The game can be played in story mode with one player (where he roams around Radiator Springs looking for events) or arcade mode with one or two players where he can play lots of fun minigames or racing against a friend. I highly recommend this game to anyone with a CARS fan in the house! =)

By krisn This is a Christmas gift for my nephew. I am sure he will like it as he loves CARS. Other reviews said the entire family enjoyed the game. I am hoping for the same.

By peculiar1 i bought this game for my 3 year old and it is kind of hard for him to play it. He pays the racing games on the Wii fine but this one was hard for him on the controller. Even i didnt want to play it after a while!
