Sega Dreamcast RFSep 29, 2001
Well I have to say that this cord comes in handy when you want to have two video game systems plugged in at the same time. For Example if you have a playstation connected to your AV in the back of your vcr and you have no cable or satalite hooked up into your Antena in then you can have the playstation and Dreamcast hooked up at the same time.

A must have for those with old TVNov 06, 2000
By Raul Marini I know a friend of mine he wanted to play dreamcast in his own room to avoid problems with his comanding mother... He needed a TV to complete his mission but it's not like buying a piece of cake. So I told him about used old color TV he can buy at afordable prices, and he inmediately got a very good old TV knowing he would need to buy this accesory for dcast. The sound is mono, but he connected the AV sound output to his HI-FI sound system and problem solved. It's not bad, I remember many years ago when I got a SNES, it came with this kind of accesory and if you have a "modern" TV you could get the AV cable. The times have changed...

Very UsefulFeb 02, 2001
By Duke Fan The adapter for the dreamcast is extremly useful if you have an older T.V or if you want to hook your dreamcast into a TV that doesnt have a VCR. Its a must buy for car trips and at home. Should get if have older TV!

RF adapterJun 02, 2002
By sean I bought my RF adapter when my mom stole my VCR from my room when my dad had to travel to work and stole hers. I thought the adapter was a little bit expensive to start with, I could not be bothered to leave my room to play my DreamCast. So I bought the switch. I noticed that the cords were nice and long, which was a bonus because my cable jack is quiet far from my TV. Now, down to playing games with it. The sound and graphics quality not as good as with the standars cords you recieve with your system, but hey! no VCR what ya gonna do? Anyways it worked for me...

Only buy if you have to!Nov 02, 1999
This thing is a piece of crap! It absolutely insults the Sega Dreamcast's beautiful graphics and sound. Only buy this if you are forced to! By that I mean having an old TV set. Buy the VGA box instead for a hook-up to your PC monitor. Do not buy this product!
