4You don't become 007 with this game...but you'll have fun.Jul 17, 2007

I felt the other review for this game was a bit misleading, so here's a different take on the game.

If you had fun with the spy toy feature on EYE TOY 2, then you'll be amused by this game. It's pretty hard at some points, just make sure you are lined up well in the screen and that you are sitting. (We've found it works better sitting than standing.)

It's a progressive game where you have to complete "missions" to move on. If you have trouble with the mission you have to restart the mission. That's the only real drawback on the game. There isn't any redo's or practices.

After mastering and becoming bored with EYE TOY 1 & 2, you'll enjoy this game if you give it a try.

One more thing, it really isn't a game for kids 12 and under because it is harder. But if your kid is pretty good at some Wii games, then I'm sure they'll be able to figure out the hard parts.

Have fun, and good luck!!

4Hard, but funJan 01, 2008

I've always wanted to be a spy since I was 8. I've seen almost all the James Bond movies, and love Mission Impossible. This video game: Operation Spy, gives you the ability to be a secret agent. I find the face recognition really hard, but its also fun. If you like spies, BUY THIS GAME!

1Do not purchase this itemFeb 19, 2012

The only way to use this item is to have perfect lighting conditions any shadow or bright spots in the room will render this item useless. We spent about two hours trying to get this item in the right light and in the correct position so that it would work at all and was at best frustrating as it would work for a minute then tell you the conditions were not right for operation. My son was soooo disappointed, and we promptly sent it back and got a refund. This technology is not perfected.

1Kind of a let downJan 11, 2007
By H. Lin "halconen"
I had high expectations from this as my 3rd grader and I really enjoy EyeToy Play2 and as I had the EyeToy cam already I thought to make it more useful by expanding my EyeToy game library. When I saw it on blowout clearance at a store (didn't actually get it from Amazon) I jumped on it. It just isn't very fun.
