Goofy and Fun with RealismApr 26, 2010 I have played many of the HSG series and they keep improving. There is always something to unlock or challenge you further. Fun features and updates from online are cheap to reasonable - $5 for a new course. The realism of ball impact, trajectory, lie, and spin are very accurate.
Friends and I have played hours and hours of 4 person tournaments with fun rules like big cup and +2 for sand traps.
fun for kids and adultsMar 12, 2010 This is my first Hot Shots Golf game and it make me want more. The game is easy to learn and fun to play. There is a nice variety of courses and some great scenery. The characters are very entertaining and each one has his/her own personality. I would definitely recommend this for kids and adults.

Best Golf game for PS3Feb 10, 2010 If you're familiar with Hot Shots Golf from the other Playstation systems then you know all you need, this is more of the same.
For all of the other uninitiated people in Cyberspace, this is the best golf game out there, just buy it. 'nuff said.

Fun to play, BUT...Jan 11, 2010 This is a fun game to play for a few days. After that you start to realize it was written by a crew of people who've never heard of physics or been concerned with their personal honor. The game will cheat in order to prevent the player from exceeding a pre-determined score. Don't be surprised to discover that a wind from the right will move the ball off the fairway to the right. Headwinds often cause shots to go long. Water and sand have a magical ability to attract the ball no matter where you hit it. I'm sure the designers are all too familiar with playing games which require cheat codes to play. In response they have designed a frustration generator. Too bad, the game would have been a blast if it hadn't been taught that cheating is the only way to get ahead. If you like to play with yourself, this game was made by people just like you and you will love it.
