By M. Larsen I got this game and it is really fun. You get to solve mysteries, find clues, and overall its really cool. When you get the game, you can choose beginner of advanced level. I think beginner would be for 8-11 year olds and advanced for 12-15 year olds.
There is one thing about this game I don't like. Everything else is awesome and fun, but the downside is pretty big. It is so short. Guess how long it took? ONLY FIVE FIFTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTE CASES! I loved this game until it was over after only the fifth case. Its a total joke! No one should allow thirty dollar games to last less than two hours long. I was really disappointed.
Don't get me wrong, this game is totally fun. It was my favorite ds game ever until it ended so soon.
I wouldn't recommend this game unless you like super short games. If you want it for fun, get it. If you want it for length . . . Don't get it!!

Imagine Detective is a fun and fast paced game to play. I am 10, and got this game for Christmas. I love solving the mysteries, but I think the best thing is playing the games to get clues.
My only problem with the game is that you solve the cases way too fast I am almost scared to play it because I can finish 4 cases in like 15 min. I think I will finish the entire game really fast. But overall the game is really fun, especially for slightly younger kids (ages 7-12).
And most 12 year olds will find this way too easy. I finished it fairly quickly. It was fun while it lasted, but it didn't last near long enough.

I finished this game in 2 days, it would've taken me one if I hadn't stopped playing that day. You could finish this in less than 3 hours. I think it is a good idea for a game, it was just way to easy and left me unhappy at how easy it was to accomplish. I would't buy it unless you can't live without this sorta thing 'cause its a disappointment.

My 11 year old daughter LOVED this game when we gave it to her for Christmas. And, then, she finished it. She finished it on the same day she got it. There are only 5 mysteries. What a waste of money. Luckily, she traded it with a friend.
