3A review by a 10 yr old fashion fanDec 11, 2009
By T. Meyer
This review was written before the game was finshed - I've been playing it about 3 days and I'm pretty far along I think.

I bought this game thinking that it would be like Imagine Fashion Designer New York which I loved. Well I was wrong. The New York game gives a job list which I like better. In World Tour there are certain catagories that you have to make clothing into and there are a lot of stupid directions that are hard to remember. If you don't remember them you have to go back and listen to all of the directions all over again.

The back of the box and front even looked good, but of course I was wrong there too.

Well I don't hate it I just think it could be more interesting. The game to me seems to be ALOT less fun than Imagine Fashion Desinger New York, but on the bright side of things it has more options than New York like more choices of blush, nail polish, clothing patterns (the other game doesn't have patterns). It also has a few more interesting little scenes like short little talking parts, but there are too many little talking parts and sometimes they are too long.

I just don't like the "way" they make you play - the way things are "layed out". Everything is in one floor and you have to keep sliding the screen to find what you want. New York has an elevator to use to go to where you need - like hair, makeup etc.

I would rather spend my money on New York.

510 year old LOVES this gameDec 27, 2009
By Chyrl Duggan "avid shopper"
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is totally into fashion and makeup and she LOVES it. She got it for Christmas and since she charged her new DSi, opened the game I haven't seen much of her, unless she's coming out of her room to tell me something exciting achievement she hit. I, personally, have not played it, but according to her, its the best game EVER!

5Slow start but fun in the endDec 31, 2011
By C. Joyce
My 11 year old daughter initially did not like the game and complained it was boring and hard (keep in mind this was 10am on Christmas morning after she had already been up for 6 HOURS). However on a long drive she decided to give it another try and was glad she did. She now finds it fascinating and loves doing fashion shows and enjoys the business aspect of it...checking on sales in different regions etc.

110 year can't even play this game!Jan 02, 2011
By CDAMOM
I bought this game for my 10 year old daughter for christmas to go with her new DSI. She can't even begin to play it. As she says, "I don't really get it?" She can only get so far into the game then it is too complicated. She is a very bright girl, so for her to not get this is a very good indication that this game is not very intuitive. She is very disappointed, as this was the only game we got her to begin with. She loves fashion design and from the other reviews, I thought this was a good pick. We are hoping her 17 year old brother, home from college, will be able to help her along.
