5Best EA Game created!Nov 19, 2003

I got this the day after came out, and all I can say so far is that it is awesome. The sound is about 10 times better than Frontline, and the graphics are pretty much the same, but there is a ton more dialogue in this one, unlike in Frontline, where only your commander talks to you, and there are dramatic parts in it to, which kind of makes it like a movie. The only bad thing about this is, the ending, which just left me hanging, and wanting to do the next mission. But overall...This is definetely worth your money!

5Great game!!Dec 03, 2003

How the Heck did such a good game come out that is a first person shooter for the GC. The multiplayer is great with the addition of new AI for you to battle with but I think there should be a capture the flag mode. The graphics are great and the old freaky MOA frontline music is also back. The story is really great and you want to keep going to get to the next cut seen. It is fun to now use the new wepons including jap weapons and my favorite the one shot kill welrod. If you love nightfire, the other MOA games or Battlefield 1942 you will love the months of entertainment this game brings!

5buy medal of honor rising sun if you know what is good for uApr 01, 2005

this game is awesome. calumpit chaos and death in the orient are the best multiplayer levels. multiplayer can be addicting. this is the only game i play. its that good. way better than frontline's multiplayer but frontline has a better story mode. if you have any common sense you'll buy this game. do not play other games because they are not even close to as good as this game. i hate bromely. he's a dum___ if ya know what i mean. i am the master of this game. some levls can be to dark such as idol assualt so to solve that problem change your tv setting to 90 percent brightness and 0 percent color. oh and watch out for hygene and morayi, even though thay are 3 star they can be as tricky as nixon.

3A review from someone who has played EVERY MOH game on the GAMECUBE.Dec 21, 2005

How does Rising Sun stack up against Frontline and European Assault? Well, at times the game looks great. The jungle assault at night level looks pretty bad. Blurry graphics (N64 anyone?) and a lousy looking jungle. Overall, the game is lacking the graphical beauty of Frontline, but contains enough to make you look around once and a while. The city levels are nice and well textured as is the attack on the jungle temple (beautiful). The music is A+ Japanese themed. There is a LOT of health scattered through the levels, but you cannot trade out your guns. Whatever you start the level with, that's it (with 1 or 2 exceptions later in the game). There are LOTS of save points and the game seems to improve in the later levels. I hated it at first, but after the poorly designed night levels, it started to grow on me. HINT: The Japanese suicide attacks are DAMAGING! I am almost done with Rising Sun and am glad I bought the game. It's no Frontline or European Assault, but it has its good points.

5Underrated first person shooterMay 20, 2004
By Clark Beyer
This is truly a great game for any system. It features awesome cooperative play, mind-boggling multiplayer, and reasonable graphics. The controls are simple to use, The plot takes place in World War II (You also get to fight the battle of Pearl Harbor on the FIRST LEVEL!!!), and there's a variety of devastating weapons to choose from. All in all, if you love first person shooters and don't own this one, you need to rack up a quick $30.00 and buy it now. I was very happy that I bought this game, and my little brother and I beat it in co-op mode because we couldn't get enough of its great action. So I recommend you buy this game, before someone else finds its amazing value.
