Highly Recommended - Definitely Worth the MoneyOct 30, 2011
By Pika-Zap Pokémon Rumble Blast builds upon the Pokémon Rumble game available on the Wii Shop channel, but knowledge of the previous game is not required to enjoy Rumble Blast. The 3DS installment goes above and beyond the first game, adding towns, world levels, a developed story, and many more Pokémon. The 3D graphics on the 3DS look clear and colorful. For other 3DS games, I usually move my 3D bar on my system down to about halfway, but for Rumble Blast, I turn the 3D all the way up - the 3D is definitely one of the best I've seen on the 3DS. The music in this game is also catchy; a few of the tunes were taken from the original Rumble game. Rumble Blast also supports a two-player mode, so you can play with your friends. The length of the game also seems improved from the original. At first the game starts out fairly easy, but it progressively gets more difficult and provides a challenge. Even after playing through the entire game, it is still worthwhile to continue playing - there is a Collection option that acts like a PokéDex, where you can see all of the Pokémon you have encountered and which ones you haven't had join your team yet. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this game, and it has met and exceeded my expectations.

Great Addition Your Pokemon Game CollectionOct 26, 2011
By Laura My 11 year old son eagerly awaited the release of this game and saved his birthday money for two months to pay for this game. He is actually home sick this week with pneumonia and this game has been great for keeping him in bed and resting. It's full of all his favortie pokemon characters, challenging and fun! Even my 17 year old was watching him play and said he'd like the game too!

Simple, yet fun game.Nov 07, 2011
By Paladin For what it is, this game is actually quite fun. It's a simple "dungeon crawler" type game, where the Pokemon and the moves are the "loot." There is quite a large variety of moves to find, and each one is very different from the others (requiring different strategies to use). The real meat of the game occurs when you beat the story mode. The entire world levels up and you can go back and re-play all the old levels, trying to get the strongest Pokemon. You can also pay coins to increase the word level and keep it going.
I'm currently playing this game with my kids and we are having a lot of fun.

Fun & Frolic - Fantastic Brawler !Oct 27, 2011
By saskamazon If you're looking for a pick up & play brawler, this is for you! load the cartridge & get started. easy to control & play ... the boss battles are a bit too easy, but great graphics when they wind up your boss & a shower of fireworks appear. some of the tower battles are fairly challenging, a few I repeated multiple times to successfully complete. you have warp tunnels to traverse your Poke world, the glowdrop fountains to revive your Pokemon ... 3 lives per play, & if you switch Pokemon before death, you keep your 3. the 3D works well, adds depth & layering to the levels ... we've collected close to 300 of our Pokemon, & many more to go. 3 different modes, & a cute story to top it off. this is not an overly challenging game, so for those of you wanting an extremely difficult gaming experience, this might not be for you ... but if you are a brawler fan, like Pokemon, or just an easy pick up & play, get this. fantastic for children ... my 7yr. old is thrilled with it, & hard pressed to put it down. I gave it 4 stars b/c they could have given more effort to the graphics.... the Pokemon look much better in the Pokedex than in this game, but still, pretty worthwhile & fun. Enjoy !

Skip this oneJan 10, 2012
Its fun, at first, running around as a bunch of different Pokemon, but after two days i gave up. It's way too easy. Yeah, sure, Zekrom can really be taken out by a Tepig in five hits. That was sad. Pokemon that are beautiful in their original form are seriously ugly toy Pokemon. The thing that really annoyed me was the button mashing. A few hours in it feels too repetive. If you're looking into buying this game, skip it. Stick with the normal series.
