5great game! Just like the movie!Nov 18, 2000

My kids and I loved this game! It is really fun for both younger and older kids! It is easy to learn and has a lot of variety so it doesn't get boring. If you're going to see the movie, also buy this game!

5Very fun and interesting, and challenging enoughDec 22, 2000

This game is really fun. You can pick what Rugrat you are, and you can play 1 to 4 players. The games that you can play are mostly fun, but some of them, like ninja bumper cars and start the music, are near about immpossible to beat. Also, mini-golf takes forever. You can only explore EuroReptar Land with 1 player. Otherwise, the computer picks four games for you to play, and after everyone's had a turn at each game, whoever has the most red tickets wins and it's over. Red tickets float around in some games and you can get them by walking into them, plus you recieve them when you win different games. This game is really fun and you don't get tired of it after a while like some games, so I would recomend buying it.

5Really Kewl!Dec 12, 2000

I loved this game! So many fun games to play in one! My favorite game is probaly the Chuckie Chan! I'll suggest this to almost any Rugrat fan! Best of all, you can be any rugrat (except Dil), even the new charater Kimi. I used this game at my party and my friends all agreed! We all loved the movie too.

3Much better than Scavenger Hunt, but...Nov 05, 2001

Unlike the last N64 Rugrats game, I really wasn't looking foward to this one. I still didn't like the show anymore and I still thought that this license had been dumbed down for young kids. Dispite these facts, I still saw Rugrats In Paris: The Movie which this game is based on. I really liked the movie, so I decided to rent the game based on it. This is a much better game then Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt was, but it's still a little bit of a letdown. I'll start with the good things. I really liked the mini-game idea. It gives this game more replay value. The games, which range from baseball tossing, a bumper car challenge, to mini-golf are pretty fun. This game feels more like Rugrats: Search For Reptar on PS1, and that's a good thing. But sadly, this game isn't as good as Search For Reptar. One problem is the graphics. They're the best graphics in a Rugrats game yet, but the same question I had with Scavenger Hunt entered my mind when I played this game: Why didn't THQ support the Expansion Pak? With games like Banjo-Tooie and Mario Tennis out there that have better graphics, without the need of the Expansion Pak, this just can't compete. The controls are good in the mini-games, but when you're exploring Euro Reptarland, the movement of the characters is very slow, even with the analog stick pushed foward all the way. Multi-Player is sadly a bust, too. That's because you have to take turns playing with four players. It's not a problem with Mini-Golf, but it's an issue with any other mini-game. The sounds, however, are even worse then Scavenger Hunt. The sounds and music are fine(although I would have liked some music from the film), but the voice has as much in common as a baby's bib after dinner: It's a total mess. The voice was commpressed by LucasArts and Factor 5 (the people who did the voice commpression for and made Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and Battle For Naboo). In the games I just mentioned, the voice was commpressed fine, but here, it was compressed so badly, they don't sound anything like the characters' counterparts and you can barely make out what they are saying, even with the music off. And there's no option for subtitles, either. For it's target audience, this really doesn't help. So in the end, this is a much better game then Scavenger Hunt, but it's not good enough to make it a must-buy. It is a good game for kids, though, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy it for them. But this game can't hold up to all the other N64 3D games made for kids in mind, and with better playing and looking games like Banjo-Tooie out there, it just makes this average game's flaws even more obvious. Until I play the Game Boy Advance and Gamecube Rugrats games, the best Rugrats game is still Rugrats: Search For Reptar on PS1.

5Simple and FunFeb 15, 2001
By Deborah A. Woehr
This game is fun for both kids and adults. There are so many different games to play, such as miniature golf, bumper cars, and skeet ball that it will keep you entertained for hours. The only game I didn't like was the miniature golf, which took forever if you don't aim correctly. You have your pick of characters from the Rugrat family. My sons' favorite is baby Tommy. Mine is Angelica. She laughs maniacally as you guide her through the mazes to hunt for red tickets. Rugrats in Paris also has another challenge. For instance, I had to obtain 50 red tickets to buy a pencil from the prize booth to give to Tommy in exchange for a gold ticket. The challenge was remembering where to find him.

All that aside, this is a very easy game to play. There are no fancy maneuvers you have to make (aside from the golf game). The premise of the game is easy to understand even for the little kids. This game was definitely worth the money.
