Came for the eye candy... stayed for the gameplayMay 26, 2010 Let me get two things out of the way; Yes, I originally picked up this game because of the scantily-clad, cartoonish girls. And yes, it is getting five stars from me in part for that same reason.
With that said, I've been playing the game for a little over a month and have actually started to really really like the gameplay.
Even though I'm well-versed with 2D and 3D fighting games, this is my first wrestling type. At first, like a couple of other reviewers, I thought this was an empty game with all looks and no substance. It didn't seem like the game had any structure or direction. I had no idea how to control the characters, I couldn't do any moves, and just simply mashed buttons and watched as my opponents continuously beat the crap out of me.
But I gave it a few weeks; read the manual a couple of times, googled some strategies, and spent some time training in Exhibition mode with the different characters. Now that I'm coming off the learning curve and the game makes sense to me, I am starting to kick some serious hot booty! I can do pretty much all the special moves, I've won a couple of singles titles, unlocked a few new characters and other content, and I am realizing that there is a lot more to this game than just voluptuous, computer-animated hotties jiggling about. There's a good amount of strategy and technique involved. As you progress thru the game, you not only get to unlock new characters, but also new outfits, photoshoot poses (during which you control the camera angle and zoom), penalty actions, and there are downloadable outfits off of Xbox marketplace available too. As other reviewers have pointed out, you can create and modify your own character.
All-in-all, I'm having much more fun with this game than I thought I would. Once you get used to the controls and learn the moves along with some strategies, this game is a blast.

sexy and funOct 23, 2009 NO JOKE ! THIS GAME ROCKS!!!!! I had three maxed out (superstar status) girls and the alternate costumes were SWEET!@ Man no kidding the chicks are super-sexy . . . . there , I said it , Lol
I love the photo shoot mode, tag team modes. I played STREET MODE all the time! This game had NO BORING OR FRUSTRATING MOMENTS! The girls are sexy and anatomically correct, Lol. Makes DOA look like junk. Very cool diffuse lighting , intro dances, hidden unlockables. Very nice design!
The humiliation moved are unbelievable! You really feel sorry for the other gal , LoL / / / I honestly recommend this game for it's sexiness, ease of play , unlockable characters, costumes, realism, and easy pace. I played this game for hours and hours and I still enjoy it.

Great fun with a group of guys playing. Otherwise....Sep 21, 2009 So Rumble Roses XX was 5 dollars on sale for trading in a used game at a local video store, so I laughed and scooped it up. Me and my roommate could literally not stop laughing while playing. I mean it, hilarious. You basically pick from a group of scantily clad sexy ladies and try to do submission and humiliation moves that put the other wrestler in incredibly comprimising and revealing positions. There is also a match to where the loser has to do a number of humiliating penalties. By humiliating penalties, I mean doing something incredibly sexy or fulfilling a stereotypical male fantasy. There is so much built-up sexuality in this game it is unbelievable. It does exploit women, so do not get if this will offend you.
Unfortunately, after the laughter goes away after about a week, you are left with a shell of game with no story (not kidding), absolutely no gauge or guide of your current progress towards title matches or unlockables. If you try to complete all the achievements from all your games, you will find this game incredibly lengthy and tedious. Thanks to online walkthroughs I have discovered that I will have to play roughly 400 or more matches(in only certain modes and meeting certain standards) in order to unlock everything. The game is funny, but not that funny. In fact, you will be thinking evil and naughty thoughts instead of laughing if you try to play this game by yourself.
If you can find for under 10 bucks, have friends and roommates, and don't care about achievements, then go ahead and indulge yourself. Otherwise, find some other entertaining games.
Certainly a Rosy Blast!Sep 14, 2009 Graphics: Top Notch
Interface: Acceptable
Controls: No issues
Replayability: Good
Game Play: There are a variety of moves, but are all extremely simple to execute. There isn't much in the way of complexity to the controls. The skill lies more in anticipating what your opponent will do and timing your moves accordingly. Those looking for relaxed game play will be in their element. Personally, I never expected this game to be another Streetfighter or SoulEdge, so I'm not even remotely disappointed. When I want intense action I'll pop in a different game, and when I'd like to just chill then this game does the trick nicely.
Overall: I enjoy it. Keep in mind that it's a wrestling game, not a fighting game. It isn't fast paced, and you don't just beat people up. You slowly execute combo grapples.
RRXXSep 04, 2009 Much better then the previous title, smooth gameplay, and pretty decent controller configuration. Also the delivery time was outstanding. Honestly I didn't expect it to arrive as quickly as it did
