Good 16 bit wrestling game!Dec 23, 2008 I bought this because of the exclusive Deathmatch mode in the Genesis version. I have to say it was a bit dissapointing...you can't really do too much in the mode other than irish whip your opponent into the barbed wire ropes, which causes an explosion, and irish whip your opponent onto the mines on the outside, which causes an explosion. That's it....no blood, no sticking to the barbed wire, no tables, no flaming tables. Not too deep, but still fun for short periods. The actual game it's self feels a lot like Street Fighter, which isn't so bad. The controls are kind of picky, so read a strategy guide or online FAQ (or buy the boxed edition w/ the booklet like me). It felt great cracking open a BRAND NEW Genesis game in the year 2008.

street fighter meets releasingDec 17, 2007 This game should be fun a challange for those that like fighting and sports game. This is avilable in the arcade and in gensis and super nintendo format form the home area. This game may take a wil to master but will be fun. You fight through 9 rings to win the world champion belt pick your figter and let the fist fly. A word of advice if you want more of a challenge on this game I recommend not playing this game with cheats on for it makes the game far to easy for the novice and not hard enough for the proffesional players. A you tube user known a Mostar did and emulator monitored run of the arcade put on invulerability so half the rounds he won by have more health not pinning his opponet in the time period of about 2 to 4 minutes which is the proper and more fair way to win. If you like sportrs game this game is right up your ally. Age recommended for this either 7 and up or 14 up due to mild violence and gore. Can you become the world champion rise to the top find out in this thrilling game.
