SUPER BREAKOUTJun 10, 2001
Super Breakout is a fantastic game. In fact, I paused it to write a review of it. But, it has its pros and cons.Pros: 1. It is full of addictive gameplay, and is terrific for what it is. You can choose different versions of play, and they are what make the game fun. 2. Super Breakout keeps you entertained during long road trips and while traveling overseas on an airplane. It it quite impressive. 3. It never stops being fun. No one I know seems to be getting bored of it. Cons: 1. You can't save your scores. Players would just have to write down their records on paper. 2. The sound is relatively poor. There is no background music or anything. Overall, I praise Super Breakout for being fun for what it is. I suggest buying it. It's a great game to play whenever you're bored. Highly recommended for players age 6 or over. Still, the game needs more sound development.

Just not the same as it was on the old AtariOct 22, 2001
The new versions of this game lose a lot since you don't have the precise control that you had when it was on the Atari. Using a gamepad control is far different than the paddle control of old.

brilliant breakoutMar 20, 2001
By rob nizzari super breakout is great. even better than the coin-op version. the other versions are great. cavity, progressive and double really are challenging. long time gamers should pick this up. new time gamers should get this also. get breakout or you just might freakout for not having this game in your collection.
