4Cute simple TETRIS with the Tiny Toons!Jan 30, 2004
By Brett D. Cullum
This game is a Tetris-style puzzle that uses eggs instead of blocks, and is played on a smaller field. You get Tiny Toons characters who come in and help you -- they clear rows mostly. There are three modes of play - "SURVIVAL" which is 1 player just like Tetris, "PUZZLE" which is like a tournament version where you have to eliminate the entire grid in as few moves as possible, and then Multiplayer or against the computer if nobody is playing with you.

It's cute, fun and addictive. The only thing ... I wish the board were bigger. Seems those eggs take up a lot of room, and I was missing the TETRIS blocks more and more. Also the eggs ONLY come down in pairs. No odd puzzle shapes here. For a child I could see 100% delight! Also Tiny Toons fans will get a kick out of it.

Having trouble finding the game? Amazon has used copies from time to time, most dept stores carry it, and I found it on sale at a local TOYS R US. And there is always the ZSHops or EBay.

Cute, addictive, fun ... just wish it were more of a puzzle.

5An Adult Gamer Who Is Addicted to This Game!Apr 22, 2011
By Teach1295 "Video Gamer"
Tiny Toons Adventures: Wacky Stackers is an incredibly addictive game, and I am a 37-year old female gamer. I prefer the old 2-d platformer/side scroller type games as well as puzzle style games. Wacky Stackers is basically a version of Tetris or your typical match 4 style of game play; however, instead of the different shapes of Tetris, eggs drop down in pairs for you to match. There are 3 levels of play (Easy, Advanced, and Expert) as well as 4 different games that you can play (Survival/Individual, Puzzle (you have to clear the board in a certain number of moves), 1 player vs. the computer, and multiplayer mode). Survival mode is my favorite, and I also sometimes play the Puzzle levels. I have not played the 1 player vs. the computer or the mutiplayer mode at this point.

I purchased this game recently at Game Stop when they were having a Power Saver Sale on Game Boy Advance games. It was buy 2 GBA games get 2 free. This game was only $2.99, so it was one of my free games. When I chose the game, I had no idea what type of game it was, but I like Tiny Toons/Looney Tunes, so I took a chance on it. Boy am I glad I did! I have always LOVED the Game Boy Advance, but I haven't played it in over a year. Finding this game has given me a renewed appreciation for the Game Boy Advance, and I find that I can't put this game (or my GBA) down right now.

One other thing....I usually always turn off the sound when I play handheld video games because I generally find the sound annoying; however, with this game, I almost find the sound charming. The sound of the eggs "cracking" when you match four of a kind is very cutesy, and I don't find it annoying at all.

I highly recommend this game. I have a feeling it is going to be in my GBA for a long time to come. If you have a chance to pick up a copy of this at Game Stop or Amazon.com, I would definitely pick up a copy. I plan on scouring Game Stop stores while the Buy 2 Get 2 Free GBA sale is still on to pick up another copy for a friend if I can find it. Highly recommended and addictive!
