JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
DUTIES:
1) Develop franchise business in Brazil or other countries, coordinate & execute strategies to capture local and national customer specifications, working with other districts/branches to integrate both corporate and field strategies into the overall market approach.
2) Work directly with end-users, consultants, engineers in providing a high-level of expertise in assisting with specification of products and solutions to meet customer needs and improve the position of the Company to capture business at an enhanced margin rate.
3) Leverage the specialized knowledge gained during the process of specifying and managing a specific project to negotiate and capture future work via agreements.
4) Participate in appropriate professional organizations to enhance lead generation potential and overall reputation and arrange and conduct presentations on products and services to potential accounts.
5) Recommend changes to internal and external processes to reduce costs and/or to improve service and present customer needs to the management.
REQUIREMENT: Master of Business Administration or equivalent
